Q Why do I need to create a favorites list?

A Creating a favorites list allows you to save the properties you like for review and print out at any time. Also, some properties require us to pre-register you before you go out to view their property to be eligible for $125 Cash Rebate or Free Move. It’s very important that you add any properties you would like to view to your favorite list to make sure the registration step is completed.

Q How do I create my favorites list?

A You compile your favorites list while you search by simply clicking on the Add to Favorites box located below the pictures of the property. You can view your favorites list at any time by clicking on the My Favorites link located in both the control panel on the right hand side of the page as well as at the top of the page.

Q How do I register with properties that require it?

A When you view your favorites list any properties that require us to pre-register you with them will be listed at the top of the My Favorites page in red. Simply click the Register & Add to Favorites button located just below the properties listed in red. That’s it! You will be registered with these properties and they will be added to your favorites list.

Q What information do you provide the property when I register?

A We are required to provide them with your name, anticipated move-in date, the type of apartment required (ex. 1 bedroom), and desired rent amount. No contact information is provided to any properties. We value your privacy and do not want any of our customers to receive unsolicited phone calls or emails from properties.
