We know that your possessions are extremely valuable. Our contracted moving company is fully insured, licensed with the Texas Department of Transportation, and members of the Better Business Bureau. Your furniture will be wrapped in quilted moving blankets and handled with care. All of your items are insured by the moving company as well.

HANDLING AND SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

• All items must be disassembled and/or disconnected, empty, and ready to move before the movers arrive. This service can be provided by the moving company for an additional fee.
• All boxes must be packed, sealed, and ready to move before the moving company arrives.
• The moving company reserves the right to deny service for any items they determine to be unsafe to move. Items must be able to be moved safely by two people to qualify for the free move.
• Boxes included in free move are limited to 75 lbs each.
• If you have an additional pick up/drop off location there is a $30 surcharge for each additional location.
• If your pick up location or drop off location is above the 2nd floor there is a $25 surcharge for each location above the 2nd floor.
• Items(s) that have to be moved over balconies or through windows will have a $50 surcharge.
• There is a $50 fee if you have to reschedule or cancel your move if not done 24 hours in advance.
• If the moving company has to sit idle (movers have to wait while customer is signing lease, getting keys to access residence, or waiting for your arrival) there will be a prorated hourly charge of $50.00 an hour that they cannot work. ($12.50 every 15 minutes they have to wait)
• There is a $1.00 surcharge per mile each way for moves outside of the greater Dallas Fort Worth area. Call for quote.
• Moving terms assume a local move from a residence to an apartment with no unusual circumstances such as long distance walks to apartment from parking area, non-working elevators, or blocked stairwells. There will be an additional charge of $25.00 for such circumstances.

3-HOUR FREE MOVE OPTION

We can schedule your move as an hourly rate as well. Hourly moves do not have any additional item charges or charges for special circumstances. We pay for 3 full hours of move time. The move starts when the movers begin loading your possessions and ends when they are finished. You can have the movers reconnect/disconnect and disassemble/reassemble items at no additional cost. You would only be responsible if the move went over 3 hours. Additional time is billed 15 minute increments at a rate of $79.00 an hour.

• Our service area includes the local Dallas Fort Worth area only.
• Customer acknowledges that Apartment Agents is not a moving company.
• Customer assumes the entire risk related to using Apartment Agents to facilitate a free move.
• Customer acknowledges that no partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between Apartment Agents and the independently contracted moving company is created when Apartment Agents hires/contracts the moving services for customer.
• Apartment Agents makes no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, and in no event will be liable to customer or to any third party for any damages, costs, lost profits, or expenses resulting in any manner, directly or indirectly, from a free move arranged by Apartment Agents for customer.
• Apartment Agents and our independent moving company reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Customer will receive the cash reward offer if customer has met all qualifications and is refused service.
• In the event a customer does not qualify for the full free move offer Apartment Agents may offer customer a reduced free move credit at our discretion. See how to qualify.
• Apartment Agents will only pay the independently contracted moving company the amount of the reduced free move credit. Customer is responsible for any additional charges.
